Pete is our prez.
As president of BJG, I wear many hats. My duties include ensuring company financial success, tracking client satisfaction, overall review of document quality, answering the phone on Saturdays, etc. However, I think my primary duty, and certainly the one I am most passionate about, is to help each member of the BJG Team reach their own personal goals and, thereby, assure that each individual reaches their potential. One of the reasons that I feel so strongly about this responsibility is because of all that I have been able to accomplish is because of BJG’s mentoring. Admittedly, I probably had more of a sink or swim experience than ideal, but I was able to grow from a young engineer to President of a company so something must have gone right. It funny, I’m a father of five so I really have two families - biological and BJG. The good thing is that I rarely mix them up.
