As one of the founders of BJG, I have witnessed the growth of the firm into a multi-discipline company and its expansion into new geographical locations. I lead a team in Reno that, among other types of proejcts, designs industrial and communication facilities. Working closely with clients on innovative designs is very rewarding. My life long pastime of competitive swimming gives me plenty of time to ponder new ideas while staring at the bottom of a pool
