Belimo

This project is for Belimo’s new manufacturing and office facility on Fortunato Drive near Pyramid Highway in Kiley Ranch, Sparks, Nevada.  Belimo America is a world leader in the design and manufacture of damper actuators and control valves used in commercial HVAC systems.

Plaza 7

Plaza 7 is a 12,478sf, one story, retail shell building in Tracy, California.  The building is being designed and constructed on a speculative basis, so the future use of the building is not known although the building will be marketed to national as well as local retailers and businesses.
