BJG provided complete design and site planning for this project commissioned by developer Creekside Auburn, LLC. The office park is composed of six 2-story buildings providing upscale office space for the executive and professional markets. Combined total gross square footage for the six buildings: 106,000 sq. ft. Individual buildings vary between 15,300 sq. ft. and 23,000 sq. ft. Office buildings A and E are just recently completed. Buildings B and D are in design. Each of the six buildings is composed of a steel frame structure in-filled with glass and brick veneer.
