Not only does this new facility hold three separate dealerships; it has two large, unique service shops providing quality service for BMW’s, Porsche, and Volvo automobiles. Each shop has access to the large parts department which houses a three story racking system to provide the service technicians with easy access to the parts they need.
Each showroom has an exclusive customer waiting area to provide a comfortable place for clients waiting for their cars. Adjacent to each of these areas is a children’s room for those little tikes to relax and play. Not only did we provide a relaxing client waiting area; there is an out of the way “quiet room” with Wi-Fi for those on-the-go executive lap-top users.
The facility also includes the Bill Pearce Motors’ corporate offices which extends throughout the second floor and allows visitors and guests to overlook each showroom from the handsome balcony.
Not only does the inside of the building fit the cool, sleek world of imported luxury cars, the exterior of the building portrays an always inventive impression by means of the radiant aluminum siding panels. The panels set in front of a striking tile mosaic façade of an implied mountain-scape which forms a backdrop for each dealership.
