The dealership is really two buildings: the 267.000+/- sf service and vehicle storage portion which is a parking garage with a 20 foot first floor to accommodate the service shop’s lifts. The service “module” is post-tensioned cast-in-place concrete four stories tall and is capable of storing over 400 vehicles. The Showroom is a structural steel building on one side of the service /storage portion. Substantial effort was expended to improve the appearance of the service portion to blend with the modern “Image II” showroom master design By Gensler for Toyota. This is the largest Toyota dealership on the west coast of the US. This project is currently under construction and anticipated to operational by October 2009 and complete by January 2010.
