East West Commerce Center incorporates varied panel heights and canopy colors to create a unique insturial building streetscape for the 700′ of building. Total space is 50,000 sf flex use with 10 possible condominiums. Structure utilizes tilt-up concrete walls with steel joists and roof deck.
