The project will include three buildings designed and constructed in one phase.  Building “A” will be a 75,000 square foot facility and will be “single loaded” having dock doors lining the south side of the building.  Building “B” will be a 210,000 square foot facility and will be “cross dock loaded” with dock doors lining two sides of the building on the north and south sides.  Building “C” will be a 123,750 square foot facility and “single loaded” on the north side.
